Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has become the first man in the history of the English Premier League (EPL) to be named Barclays Manager of the Month on three consecutive occasions.
The Italian was awarded the gong for December following his victories in October and November, the Premier League confirmed on their official website.
He beat off competition from Liverpool’s Jurgen Klopp, Manchester United’s Jose Mourinho and Tottenham Hotspur’s Mauricio Pochettino.
The Blues took maximum points from six matches conceding just three goals in December, with two of those coming in the final game of the month, the 4-2 win against Stoke City.
Chelsea scored 13, including three away at Manchester City.
